Refund policy

14-day returns
You have 14 days from receiving your order to change your mind and send it back to us, without giving any reason.

How does it work?
1. Email us at lumiarene@outlook.fr with your order number and the item(s) you want to return (you can also use the withdrawal form below).
2. We reply by email with the return address to use.
3. Send the item back within 14 days of your request, complete (guns and vests), clean and in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are at your expense.

Refund
We refund the price of the items and any original delivery costs within 14 days of your request, using the same payment method. We may wait until we have received the item (or proof of shipment) before refunding. Any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to try the item may be deducted.

Faulty or non-conforming item
If your item is damaged, faulty or does not match your order, email us with a photo: we will replace or refund it, with return costs paid by us (legal guarantee of conformity).
